Hyacinth MSO LLC provides management services to independent pediatric practices. For Rose Pediatrics Care, we send appointment texts and make scheduling calls on the practice's behalf. This policy covers those texts and calls, and this website.

What we use

• the parent or guardian mobile number the practice holds,
• your child's first name and visit details, only as needed for a message,
• the replies you send us.

How we use it

Only to contact you about your child's visits at Rose Pediatrics Care. Never for advertising or marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent mobile numbers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

The only outside companies that handle a phone number are the service providers that host this system or deliver our texts and calls, and only to provide that service.

Health information

Information about your child's care is protected health information. We handle it as HIPAA requires, on behalf of Rose Pediatrics Care.

This website

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If you write to us through the Let's Talk form, we use what you send only to reply to you.
