What these texts are

Hyacinth MSO LLC manages scheduling for Rose Pediatrics Care. We text parents and guardians of the practice's patients about their child's visits:

• a reminder before a visit,
• a confirmation when a visit is booked or changed,
• a link to pick a time when your child is due for a check-up or missed a visit,
• answers to texts you send us.

We never send advertising.

How you sign up

When you give Rose Pediatrics Care your mobile number on the patient registration form, you agree that the practice may text you about your child's appointments. If we speak on the phone, we ask before we text you a link.

How often

Message frequency varies with your child's visits. Message and data rates may apply.

Replies you can send

• C to confirm a visit (when a reminder asks).
• R to reschedule a visit (when a reminder asks).
• X to cancel a visit (when a reminder asks).
• STOP to stop all texts. CANCEL, END, OPT-OUT, OPTOUT, QUIT, REVOKE, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE work too.
• START or UNSTOP to start texts again after STOP.
• HELP or INFO for help.

To cancel a visit, reply X. Replying CANCEL stops all texts instead.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

How we handle your number is in our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your mobile number for marketing.
